Sunwell Global’s MF Series is a high-performance deep-draw thermoforming system designed for high-volume production of precision plastic packaging products. Engineered for demanding applications, the MF Series delivers excellent forming accuracy, stable operation, and high process flexibility when processing PS, PP, APET, and PLA materials 



Advanced Deep-Draw Thermoforming Technology

The MF Series features a two-station configuration with separate forming and independent trimming stations. This design enables stable production of deep containers with precise cutting accuracy. An in-line scrap granulation system is integrated to reduce material waste, labor requirements, and overall production costs.


Servo-Driven Precision Forming Control

Dual-axis servo motors combined with mechanical toggle systems allow independent control of the upper and lower platens, ensuring accurate forming and repeatable quality. This level of control is ideal for deep-draw containers that require consistent wall thickness and dimensional stability.


High-Performance Heating and Sheet Feeding System

A premium heating tunnel equipped with high-quality ceramic heating elements and multi-zone temperature control ensures uniform sheet heating. The servo-driven chain feed indexing system provides precise sheet positioning and seamless integration with the machine control interface.


Enhanced Trimming Performance for Deep-Draw Products

The horizontal trimming press—available with an optional vertical trim configuration—features servo-driven moving platens with extended stroke capability. This allows pre-punching and progressive trimming, delivering clean and accurate cuts even for complex deep-draw container designs.


Automated Product Handling and Scrap Management

Additional servo-driven systems control product indexing and ejection, accurately transferring finished products to the packing table for efficient downstream packaging. Post-trimming scrap is automatically conveyed to an in-line granulator, minimizing floor space requirements and reducing manual handling.
