Sunwell extrusion systems are fully CE marked and ATEX certified, and are built using internationally recognized, high-quality components. Our foam extrusion lines feature tandem configurations designed for the production of EPS, EPE, EPP, XPET, and foamed PLA sheets, ensuring stable processing and consistent product quality. Sunwell plastic sheet extrusion lines are complete turnkey systems capable of producing mono-layer, multi-layer, and barrier-layer sheets. The systems can be configured for off-line sheet production with winding or shearing equipment, or integrated in-line with thermoforming machines for high-volume packaging production.
