Features

Sunwell supplies a long single screw extruder to process EPE Foam pipes, rods and profile products at outputs from 35 kg/h to 100 kg/h.

Raw materials consist of LDPE; GMS(Glycerin Mono Stearate) and talc are automatically loaded and blended before being fed into the extruder to produce a homogeneous melt. Hydrocarbon gases are precisely metered using high pressure ATEX compliant, diaphragm pumps with mass flow measurement to ensure a consistent foam density and quality. The materials are plasticing; mixing and cooling in a long single screw extruder by a precise process control system. The finished products are extruded from a die body from single to four extruded ports depend on the output capacity then cooling and shape formed. The finished products are pulled by a caterpillar take-off then guillotine into stacker for collection or packaging.
