特色
昇威紅外線滾筒式結晶乾燥系統為輔助生產PET塑膠片材押出機系統、膠片押出機以及提供原料乾燥處理。藉由紅外線分子熱振盪作用，迅速加熱將原料水分由內向外蒸發到空氣中，以達除濕效果。不鏽鋼滾筒採用螺旋設計，藉由翻滾動作，將所有原料顆粒均勻地以紅外線照射，照射時間與溫度由旋轉速度與功率控制。連續加工條件下，幾分鐘內將水分從4,000 ppm降至50 ppm以下，同時仍維持原料粘度特性，相較於傳統型加熱需花費5-6小時，效能大大提升。
